More than a runway presentation, IGNITE reflects Flair Fashion’s commitment to empowering creatives and cultivating a fashion ecosystem that supports designers across the entire creative journey — from concept and craftsmanship to production and retail.

At its core, Flair Fashion champions a new generation of designers who challenge conventions while embracing innovation, craftsmanship, and storytelling. By creating opportunities for emerging talent to present their work to new audiences, the platform actively contributes to a more open and democratised fashion industry. IGNITE stands as a testament to the importance of nurturing creative voices and celebrating the diverse visions that will define tomorrow’s fashion landscape.

This season’s curated lineup presented a rich spectrum of aesthetics, cultural perspectives, and experimental techniques, demonstrating the breadth of contemporary emerging fashion.

Opening the showcase, FÉE MUSE presented its Renaissance collection, a tribute to the feminine divine in art history. Sculpted corsetry framed the natural curves of the body, celebrating the female form as a living masterpiece. Layered textures and bold zebra, leopard, and floral prints expressed the fearless spirit of the modern Fée Muse woman, balancing historical references with unapologetic contemporary energy.

NOIRA followed with London Requiem: Beyond Wonderland, a deeply personal narrative trilogy reflecting three years of life in London. Through garments charged with symbolism and memory, the collection explored themes of transformation, resilience, and remembrance. From the satirical undertones of Garrotting to the spiritual rebirth of Nirvana Rebirth and the dreamlike reflections of Wonderland, the finale united these chapters in a powerful emotional journey across life, loss, and the enduring presence of a muse.

Blurring the lines between streetwear and high fashion, The Kong Is Dead introduced its debut collection Minus One. Rejecting fashion’s traditional timelines, the collection focused on fabric, proportion, and exaggerated silhouettes. By stripping away unnecessary ornamentation, the designer elevated shape itself as the central language of the work, transforming the runway into a striking visual spectacle.

Drawing on Finnish couture traditions, Tara Kari presented an A/W26 collection inspired by the phrase “away with the fairies.” Combining sustainable luxury with intricate textile manipulation, the designs explored the boundary between fantasy and reality. Fluid silhouettes and unconventional material pairings reflected a sense of wandering imagination, celebrating the quiet magic of creative escapism.

London-based womenswear label UNE ENFANT, founded in 2025, approached clothing as a form of storytelling. Their collection Ship To… reflected the emotional weight carried by parcels sent across distances. Each garment became a fragment of time and memory, revealing intimate narratives of longing, connection, and belonging.

Architectural precision defined the work of PODYH, the Ukrainian brand founded by architect Daria Plaksyuk. Translating architectural principles into wearable forms, the A/W26 collection explored structure, volume, and line. Produced in collaboration with local Ukrainian manufacturers, the pieces emphasised durability, responsible production, and enduring design beyond seasonal cycles.

Inspired by the atmosphere of jazz bars and old city evenings, BELSIZE25 presented Whisky Kiss in the Old City. Sequins, beadwork, and fluid fabrics captured the refracted glow of amber whisky and crystal glasses. The silhouettes remained close yet restrained, echoing the slow rhythm of jazz and evoking a moment of intimate urban glamour.

Blending heritage craft with contemporary design, Seven-Spot Ladybird (SSLB) showcased Nature & Creatures, a collection of hand-embroidered accessories. Earrings and necklaces adorned with delicate fauna celebrated the artistry of embroidery while inviting wearers to reconnect with the natural world through finely crafted detail.

Closing the presentation, PSY LAU explored Hong Kong’s architectural heritage through a collection inspired by bamboo scaffolding. Long used across the city as a flexible construction technique, bamboo structures have shaped both the skyline and cultural traditions such as the temporary theatres built for the Jiao Festival. Through this collection, PSY LAU translated these structural references into garments that celebrate cultural heritage while reflecting the evolving identity of contemporary Hong Kong.
